These terms apply when you visit or buy from vernikasilver.com, operated by VERNIKA SILVER, 351, 4th C Cross Road, Banashankari 3rd Stage, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560085, GSTIN 29AIRPA2007N1Z3 ("Vernika", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Shipping, Return & Refund, and Privacy policies.

Our products

•     Our jewellery is made in 92.5 silver. Many pieces are gold-plated or set with stones; each product page lists its net silver weight and details.

•     Pieces are handcrafted, so small differences in shape, finish and weight from the photos are natural. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.

•     Plating can wear over time with use; please follow the care instructions on the product page.

Prices and payment

•     Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST.

•     Our prices follow the daily silver rate and can change from day to day. The price shown when you pay is the price you pay.

•     Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

•     All orders are prepaid through Razorpay (UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking). Cash on delivery is not available.

•     If a price or product detail is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Offers and discount codes

Offers and discount codes are valid only for the stated period and on the products they mention. They cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated. Vernika may change or withdraw an offer at any time. If an order using an offer is returned, the refund is the amount actually paid.

Launch offer

From the launch of our online store on 20 October 2026:

•     Code VERNIKA10 gives 10% off orders of ₹50,000 or more (product value including GST, before delivery charges). Valid for the first 200 orders that use it.

•     Code VERNIKA5 gives 5% off orders below ₹50,000. Valid for the first 300 orders that use it.

•     Only one discount code can be used per order. A code stops working once its limit is reached.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when payment is successful and you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a piece becomes unavailable, payment fails, or we suspect fraud; in that case we refund you in full.

Your account

You can sign in with your email address and a one-time code. Please keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for orders placed from your account.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns are accepted only if raised within 24 hours of delivery with photos and an uncut opening video, as set out in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. Exchanges are not available at present.

Marketing messages

We send offers by email or WhatsApp only if you agreed at checkout or sign-up. You can opt out at any time.

Use of the website

•     All photos, text, designs and the Vernika logo on this website belong to Vernika. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

•     Please do not misuse the website — for example by attempting fraud, placing orders with someone else's payment details, or interfering with its security.

Liability

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (such as courier delays, natural events, strikes or government restrictions). To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the website at the time of your order applies to that order.
